What is Coinz?

Coinz is the currency of the Internet designed to enable users to make micro-payments for content, subscriptions and services across a multitude of digital businesses. A Coinz user is provided with an individual secure account which provides a simple, secure and anonymous payment solution. Users may be awarded Loyalty Coinz from sites which they regularly purchase from. A user also has the ability to earn Royalty Coinz for content contributions.

Firstly you must activate your Coinz Account to enable you to earn Royalty Coinz. You can then upload your content into the Coinz Value Control (CVC) System. Each piece of content which is uploaded into the secure control system is protected using CVC technology and allows you to attribute a Coinz value to it. The CVC system will provide you with a unique media link which you upload on to websites or post on social networking sites. Each time your piece of content is viewed you will receive a Royalty payment directly into your Coinz Account.

How do I set-up a Coinz Account?

Visit this website (www.Coinz.net) and click on 'Get a Coinz Account' or the 'Get Coinz' tab on the top navigation bar. Enter a valid e-mail address and password and select the 'Create' button. You will then be sent an activation e-mail to your registered e-mail address. Open the e-mail and click on the link provided to activate your Coinz Account. You will then receive a message to confirm successful activation and you will be able to login to your Account.

How do I purchase Coinz?

You can purchase Coinz to charge-up your Coinz Account using credit card or mobile phone (PRSMS). You must login to your Coinz Account, and select the ‘Balance/Add Funds’ tab. To charge-up your Account simply select the quantity of Coinz you wish to credit your Account with (from the drop down menu) and then select the ‘Charge-up’ button. Enter your payment details and then select the ‘Submit’ button. Your Coinz Account will instantly be charged-up with the respective number of Coinz selected.

How do I access my Coinz Account?

Visit this website (www.Coinz.net) and select the 'Get Coinz’ tab. Enter your e-mail address and password into the respective login fields and then select the 'Login' button.

How can I check my Coinz balance?

To check your Coinz balance you must login to your Coinz Account and select the 'Balance/Add Funds’ tab. Your current Coinz, Loyalty Coinz and Royalty Coinz balances will be displayed.

How do I redeem my Coinz for cash?

Simply login to your Coinz Account, confirm the number of Coinz you wish to redeem, select the currency you wish to receive your payment in and then select the ‘Submit’ button. Your Coinz redemption payment will be paid directly into your specified bank account. Please allow up to seven days for payment to reach your bank account.

I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

Please contact our Customer Services Team on customer services or call +44 (0)844 561 6415. Customer Services will re-set your password and e-mail it to your registered e-mail address. You will be required to change this password once you have accessed your account.

What happens if I haven't got enough Coinz to make my desired purchase?

If you have insufficient Coinz in your Account to make a purchase, you will automatically be alerted that you must re-charge your Coinz Account before you can purchase the given item. You will be required to login to your account and purchase a batch of Coinz.

I cannot login to my Coinz Account, what should I do?

Please check that you are entering the correct account login details and make sure that you have not mistyped any information. Following this, if you still cannot access your Coinz Account, please contact our Customer Services Team on customer services or call +44 (0)844 561 6415.

How do I change personal information within my account?

Visit this website (www.Coinz.net), select the 'Get Coinz’ tab and enter your login details. Select the ‘My Details’ tab. You will now be able to update your account information.
